Join the City of Pickering, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), Ontario Power Generation (OPG) and Birds Canada for an educational outing around Alex Robertson Park!

This family-friendly event is perfect for bird enthusiasts of all ages and those simply looking to enjoy the first day of autumn outdoors.

We will start the morning off by meeting in the parking lot of Alex Robertson Park. We will have a short presentation from Birds Canada about our local birds, and then we will set out on a guided stroll.

Learn to identify common and intriguing bird species by their calls, colors, and behaviours, and discover fascinating facts about their habitats and migration patterns.

Light refreshments will be provided to participants.
