Let’s talk Recreation & Parks Ten Year Plan (2024 - 2034)

The City of Pickering has prepared a new Recreation & Parks Ten Year Plan to guidethe provision of recreation and parks facilities and services to the year 2034. An Arena Strategy has also been prepared to guide the provision and management of indoor arenas. The Plan is in draft form and we are looking for your feedback.

We want to know what you like most about the Plan, what’s missing, and what you would like to see reconsidered. Community members and stakeholders are encouraged to review the Plan online and are invited to join us at a feedback session at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex - Lobby

Feedback will be collected at the Open House, and may also be provided via online survey at letstalkpickering.ca/rpmp, or by email to mmurray@pickering.ca.

Feedback will be collected until July 24, 2024.
The final Recreation & Parks Ten Year Plan is anticipated to be presented to City Council in September 2024.
