Kids' Seed Planting Workshop (Offered by the Pickering Garden Club) - This event has already occurred

The Pickering Garden Club is offering a free seed planting workshop for kids 5 - 12 years at their annual plant sale at Artfest. In this fun, hands on activity we will teach the kids how to plant seeds, take care of their plants, and use a variety of recyclable materials for potting seeds. Each child will take home 2 - 3 little pots of planted seeds to take care of.  There will be a maximum of 15 kids for the workshop, so please register with us at pickeringgardenclubinfo@gmail.com., and indicate the child's name and age. Look for us at the south east end of the park, closer to Valley Farm Road.
