Spend the day with a heritage cook! Travel back to the smells, tastes and textures of an 1850s inn using seasonal ingredients from Upper Canada. Join our costumed heritage cook to prepare an 1850s-inspired three-course spring meal over the wood stove, and then enjoy the fruits of your labour in the museum’s 1850s-era dining room.
