This program will be offered on the Zoom platform. Confirmed registrants will receive log in details. This is an unique and novel program designed for adults of all ages. Grab a cup of tea and join us as we exercise the body and stimulate the brain in a party atmosphere. Through different activities that nourish your mind, body and soul; you will laugh, learn and meet new people. You will dance, play mind games and do mental exercises that will combat cognitive decline. A great way to keep our bodies and mind fit and healthy.
