This hands on workshop will take you back in time to experience a variety of puddings. Think puddings are just for Christmas? Enjoy puddings year round with recipes for the various time periods including modern equivalents. Our expert culinary historians will help you prepare puddings on the hearth, woodstove, and in a modern kitchen. Best part is enjoying the food you made, in the ambiance of our Brougham Temperance House dining room. Cost per person is $53.50.
